Our Wedding Day Car Hire Service

We have a selection of vehicles suited for the bridal car, the groom or support vehicles for other special guests and will tailor packages to suit your needs.  Our Wedding car service includes as standard:

 

Suited Driver Our driver will be dressed in a black or charcoal coloured suit, white shirt and tie.  Our chauffeurs should look the part, but not take away any attention from the bride, the groom or any of the wedding guests.

Vehicle Dressing Should you wish to have the vehicle dressed in ribbons this is included in the price, we will match the ribbons to a colour of your choosing.  

No hidden charges Our quotes will be the total cost for the vehicle for your requirements.  This means you are free to enjoy your day and take as many pictures as you like without the feeling of being rushed.

Premium Bottled Water Customers travelling will be provided with premium 'environmentally friendly packaged' water as we understand it is important to stay re-hydrated.

Free WiFi We have in-car WiFi so you can take photos and upload them to your wedding sites, or friends without eating into your personal tariff.

 

 

 

 

 

Please note that we do not include complimentary Champagne. This is due to restrictions under the licencing laws.  However, please feel free to provide your own champagne to toast to the special day.

Valkyrie Chauffeurs Ltd is licenced private hire operators and our vehicles are subject to private hire licencing. This allows us to provide further assistance for other required services, such as honeymoon transfers, or travel for you or your valued guest at the end of the evening.

A pre-wedding 'shopping day' Receive a chauffeured service in our Mercedes S Class or Bentley Flying Spur for up to 4 passengers.  Fully tailored to your needs, visit potential venues, dress shopping & even stop for a spot of lunch.  In the vehicle will be still or sparkling water & chocolates. ​

A pre-wedding Hen & Stag events We can provide chauffeured services for your pre-wedding celebrations which are tailored to your requirements.

End of evening transfers Perfect for transporting the newlyweds or special guests home at the end of the evening.

Return honeymoon transfers You will receive a full chauffeured journey from your home to the airport, seaport or hotel of your choice.  On your return, our chauffeur will meet you in arrivals for our meet & greet service. Transfers include free wi-fi, use of i-pad including apps, use of Monster Beats headphones, sweets, mints and premium bottled water.
