We provide you with an experienced driver and you provide the car. Our driver only services come with an hourly rate for the driver, then any insurances and expenses covered by you.

Being based in the Cotswolds we sit on the doorstep of some of the countries most quintessentially British towns and villages. Steeped with history and stunning architecture there is little else that can compare. Unlike formal or guided tour services we offer a much more laid back approach in which you, the Customer are in the driving seat (metaphorically speaking). We can plot a route taking in the villages and towns you would most like to visit. But you decide where to stop and how long for.

How Do I Book Your Services?

Firstly we would provide you with a quote outlining the price and our payment / cancellation terms.

There are a number of ways to get a quote. You can send us your itinerary (as much of it as your know) using our online enquiry form on our “Contact” Page.

Alternatively, you can contact us directly at enquiries@valkyriechauffeurs.co.uk, or you can call us on 01684 355012 to discuss yoru requirements. If we are driving, please leave a message and we will get back to you on our return.

What If I Do Not Know My Itinerary Yet?

The most cost effective means is to price based on your itinerary. If you only know parts of your itinerary not a problem, we can advise on the price and any potential additional costs and you can finalise once you know your full plans.

Alternatively, if you do not know your itinerary and simply want a chauffeur service to be on call for you we can provide a “Driven As Directed” pricing tariff. All we need is the Travel Date, Pickup Time and Pick Up Location. Our Driven as Directed is an hourly charge with a minimum hire of 8 hours.

Is There A Time Limit For A Booking?

No, in simple terms. We can take bookings last minute or in advance, even a year in advance. The only recommendation we would say is that the later a booking is left the more risk that our vehicles will be booked out.

However, do not fret. If our vehicles are fully booked we can make enquiries on your behalf within our trusted chauffeur network and source you a vehicle through them. Please note there may be pricing variations if sourcing through our network as it may depend on where we can source them from.

How Do I Secure A Booking?

Following acceptance of a quote, full payment is required in advance to secure any booking.

If your itinerary is amended on the day and incurs additional charges outside the initial quote then those costs would be required for payment on conclusion.

Can I Get A Refund?

Certainly, our payment cancellation terms are as follows:

100% refund for cancellation made more than 48hrs from date of travel.

50% refund for cancellation made more than 24hrs from the date of travel.

No refund for cancellation made within 24hrs of travel date.

**Please note during the Cheltenham Gold Cup Festival, due to high demand – No refunds for any cancellations made within 48hrs of the travel date.**

What If My Flight Is Cancelled or Amended?

Not a problem. Should your flight be cancelled and moved to an alternate date and/or time by the airline; We will simply move your booking to the new travel details. However, if we ourselves are not available for the new travel itinerary then we will make every effort to source you a vehicle for you through our network. Additional costs may apply if using our network or where amendments occur within 48hrs of travel.

Do You provide Child Seats?

Unfortunately, due to the variety of booster and child seats we cannot provide these for customers. Passengers must provide their own child seats/boosters where applicable. However, if you are travelling and do not want to take your child seat with you we can store it safely for you until your return. Any child seats, we ask for safety that they come with ISOFix. All vehicles are fitted with ISOFix points.

What If My Luggage Does Not Fit In The Vehicle I Booked?

We can guide you on each vehicles luggage capacity. But it is the passengers reasonability to ensure that the vehicle booked is suitable for the luggage they are travelling with. If on attendance there is too much luggage for the vehicle boot, then if it is safe to do so without compromising driver & passenger safety, we may be able to transport additional luggage in the vehicle footwell. Any luggage that cannot safely be transported will have to have alternate arrangements made as we cannot sacrifice passenger or driver safety.
